I am always amazed when I run across someone who says to me, "I never learned how to clean my house." What did they do every Saturday morning as a kid? Growing up, Saturday morning cleaning was mandatory in our house. I'm grateful for that now, but as a kid, well let's just say I didn't really appreciate it that much.
Because I've run into this so many times, this video is the first in a series that will answer the questions, "How, and when, do I clean my house?" I'll also answer many other important questions that will get you up and running with great ideas about cleaning and about how to get your kids involved in this great learning experience.

The "Clean My House" Series
In the other videos in this series I discuss:
- The ins and outs of actually cleaning
- how often things should be cleaned
- how and where to get your children involved
That last point is important for homeschooling families because we all spend SO much time in our homes. 24/7, right? You know you can't do everything yourself so start now teaching your kids how to clean and everyone will be the better for it!
Over the course of these videos, I share with you everything you'll need to start making a plan for cleaning your home! Feel free to start with whatever room you're having the most problems with:
Remember that learning a new skill takes time, especially when you're little. Be patient with your kids and allow them to do the job, even if you cringe at the results.
Trust me, I learned the hard way that it's easier to teach them when they're young and enthusiastic than when they're older and resistant! Enjoy the process, mama!
